Three-phase inspection
The three-phase inspection consists of
- Pre-pour slab foundation inspection
- Mechanical, electrical, and structural rough-in inspection
- Mechanical, electrical, and structural full final inspection.
Your report will include a builder "punch list" for cosmetic items and non-structural items. AABICO also provides you with a TREC report covering all mechanical, electrical, and structural items.
Travel fees
There are no added travel fees for inspections and appraisals in these counties:
Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Johnson, Kaufman, Rockwall, and Tarrant.
Please add $50 for travel expenses for these counties: Bosque, Cooke, Fannin,
Grayson, Henderson, Hill, Hood, Hunt, Navarro, and Van Zandt.
Please add $100 for travel expenses for these counties: Eastland, Erath, Hopkins, McClennan, Montague, Palo Pinto, Parker, Rains, Somervell, Smith, Stephens, and Wise.
